The vision of the Zefer Foundation is to create and nurture a variety of programs that fuel their mission and promote inclusion, diversity, and opportunities for individuals with disabilities. These programs include employment, recreation, housing, and a network of volunteers, all of which are a work in progress and will be updated as we move forward.

An underpinning drive behind the mission and goals of our foundation is to provide competitive employment opportunities to adults with disabilities. With the opening of Breaking Grounds in 2017, we have planted the seed for success. Learn more about our vision, projects, and ongoing efforts to revolutionize inclusion in the workplace.
The Zefer Foundation is in the process of developing a Recreation Program for adults with disabilities, their families, and our community as a whole. If you are interesting in learning more and/or collaborating with us, please send us an email.
Are you interested in volunteering with the Zefer Foundation? We welcome your support and encourage you to complete our Volunteer Contact Form so our Volunteer Coordinator can contact you. We aim to expand our volunteer program and look forward to hearing from you!
Our board members, colleagues, and community volunteers are working towards developing a housing program to guide and support adults with disabilities with housing options. Although this is a work in progress, it is a goal we strive to reach and welcome the opportunity to collaborate with those who share our vision. If you or someone you know have an opportunity to share or would like to collaborate with our board with ideas, please contact us.
